Job summary

StickEarn is hiring a Partner (Community) Engagement Intern to support driver communities and coordinate day-to-day activities in a hybrid work setup. You will help maintain community databases, identify issues, and communicate updates to partners.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or fresh graduates with strong Excel skills and clear written and verbal communication, capable of handling multiple tasks with attention to detail.

As a Partner (Community) Engagement Intern, you will support the team in managing relationships with driver communities, maintaining communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, and operational support.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Partner Engagement team in updating and managing community databases on a daily basis.
• Support in identifying and providing solutions to driver communities' issues.
• Maintain regular communication with driver communities to ensure engagement and alignment.
• Share relevant information and updates related to StickEarn with community partners.
• Produce individual reports related to Partner Engagement activities and progress.

What We're Looking For

• Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
• Able to work in a hybrid-working scheme with good responsibility and adaptability.
