Weir Group in Jakarta, onsite, is seeking a Project & Sales Administrator to coordinate projects and sales activities and support the Sales Team and Product Manager to ensure timely delivery.

The role will handle inquiries, orders, stock, pricing, and documentation, while maintaining project and product libraries. Strong English, ERP experience, and collaboration across teams are essential for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project and sales administration.
• Strong English communication in writing and speaking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of SAP C4S or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project and sales activities, manage inquiries, orders, stock, pricing, and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Serve as liaison for internal and external stakeholders, supporting communications, reporting, and customer updates.
• Maintain accurate project, RFQ, product, and market documentation, including specifications, feedback, and research.
• Oversee sales order variations and tracking, while managing product libraries, technical documents, drawings, datasheets, and vendor pricing.
• Collaborate across teams to meet project milestones, support customer reporting and meeting outcomes, and assist with issue resolution and corrective actions.
• Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm safety culture.
