Job summary

Blibli Electronic in Jakarta is seeking a Value Added Service Specialist to manage delivery journey, product installation, and trade-in programs, focusing on maximizing VAS attachment rates on the sales floor and reducing fulfillment costs.

You will partner with 3PLs to optimize rates, own end-to-end Ship-from-Store operations, and drive high-margin, value-added services that elevate customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in retail operations, VAS product management, or e-commerce logistics.
• Proven cost optimization and logistics negotiation experience.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset to drive attachment rates.
• Understanding of dropshipping workflows and trade-in programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy to maximize attachment of core VAS portfolio.
• Set targets and monitor VAS conversion rates.
• Act as a dedicated profit center.
• Develop and launch high-margin added services.
• Own VAS and delivery expenses; negotiate with 3PL partners.
• Manage end-to-end Ship-from-Store operations and meet SLAs.
