Qualifications

• The position requires excellence in customer service and superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of inbound and outbound communications and ensure timely action.
• Experience in preventing and collecting delinquent accounts and servicing customers.

Responsibilities

• High volume inbound and outbound calls to negotiate and service portfolio accounts.
• Maintain outstanding customer service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information and advice on products, services, and accounts.
• Aim for maximum recovery of arrears within targets.
• Maintain records of actions and account maintenance with data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies and procedures.
