You will drive new business, manage cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with oil & gas projects and management consulting in upstream energy.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in analytics/visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Python/R).
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream energy consulting engagements – end-to-end delivery from scoping to execution within time and budget.
• Drive business development – scope opportunities, proposals, and marketing materials to support revenue growth.
• Manage cross-functional project teams across complex engagements.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering collaboration and integrity.
• Apply advanced analytics/AI capabilities to enhance project delivery and create dashboards and models.
• Build reusable IP and automation tools for multiple client solutions.
