Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream energy consulting engagements and manage end-to-end project delivery.
• Drive business development and growth through proposals and thought leadership content.
• Manage cross-functional project teams across complex engagements.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Apply advanced analytics and AI capabilities to enhance project delivery, including dashboards and analytical models.
• Build reusable intellectual property and best practices to improve efficiency and client solutions.
