The role emphasizes advanced analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and building scalable methodologies.

The position requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with experience in oil & gas and upstream consulting.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil & gas with project management or management consulting exposure to upstream energy.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects and managing client relationships.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in analytics/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Strategic thinker with initiative and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream energy consulting engagements from scoping to execution, ensuring high-quality, on-time, within-budget outcomes.
• Drive business development, scope new opportunities, develop proposals, and create leading content for lead generation.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, manage timelines, and support Directors in client activities and new business pursuits.
• Mentor and coach junior staff to foster collaboration, integrity, and excellence.
• Apply advanced analytics and AI capabilities to enhance project delivery and create innovative solutions.
• Build reusable IP and methodologies to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
