Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking an Associate Director to lead upstream energy consulting engagements from Jakarta, Indonesia. You will manage scoping, execution, and delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes on time and within budget while guiding client relationships.

You'll drive business development, mentor junior staff, and apply advanced analytics including GenAI to create dashboards, models, and digital tools that enhance project delivery and create competitive advantages for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil & gas with project management or management consulting exposure.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python or R.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream energy consulting engagements, managing scoping through delivery.
• Drive business development, create proposals and thought leadership content.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering collaboration and integrity.
• Apply advanced analytics and AI capabilities to enhance project outcomes.
• Build reusable intellectual property and methodologies for multiple projects.
