COSCO in Indonesia is seeking a Technical Expert for Underground Project Controls & Change Management. This role supports the Senior Manager, leading departmental operations, governance, and executive reporting for Underground Operations and Projects.

The position requires strong collaboration, cross-cultural communication, and a continuous learning mindset to drive safe, efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
• Ten years of progressively responsible experience in project controls, project management, or related fields.
• Experience leading project controls and change management teams in large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of project controls standards and best practices.
• Establish integrated project controls systems for cost, schedule, and performance measurement.
• Support PMO governance, stage-gate reviews, and project assurance activities.
• Prepare and deliver project performance reports for senior leadership.
• Maintain risk registers and drive mitigation plans.
• Mentor and develop project controls personnel and engineers.
