Job summary

COSCO is seeking a Technical Expert, Project Planner & Scheduler to lead planning, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting for underground projects in Indonesia. You will manage integrated schedules, perform risk analysis, and support project controls while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with Operations, Engineering, and Contractors.

The role demands extensive Primavera P6 experience, English fluency, and a strong asset management mindset, with a focus on safety and efficient resource

Qualifications

• Ten years in project planning, scheduling, or controls in mining.
• Five years using Primavera P6 for complex schedules.
• Experience with large-scale capital projects and multiple priorities.
• Fluent English; willing to learn Bahasa.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule performance reports.
• Support cost forecasting, resource planning, and project controls.
• Coordinate schedule development with Operations, Engineering and Contractors.
• Mentor and share technical guidance to planners and schedulers.
