Job summary

C Copper Overseas Service Company (COSCO) is seeking a Technical Expert, Project Planner & Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling for Underground Operations. You will provide accurate data, risk assessments, and resource forecasts to enable informed management decisions, while mentoring planners and coordinating with multiple teams across projects.

You will develop integrated schedules, perform trend analyses, and contribute to executive reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with at least 10 years in planning, scheduling, or project controls.
• Experience in mining, construction, or capital projects is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa learning encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish WBS, activities, logic ties, resources, and milestones.
• Monitor progress and update schedules based on field performance.
• Identify critical path activities, risks, and delays.
• Prepare weekly/monthly schedule performance reports.
• Support cost forecasting, budgeting, and change management.
