Job summary

Sandvik is seeking an experienced Underground Technical Support Manager (TSM) Drills to lead the Product Support and Technical Advisor team in Indonesia. You will ensure efficient maintenance and service delivery for jumbo, solo, and cabolter fleets, aligning with safety and environmental standards and contract KPIs.

The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service in a demanding mining

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver results.
Experience in implementing operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Product Support and Technical Advisor team.
Provide post-sales service support to maintain the customer fleet.
Guide staff through preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
Manage projects within the service contract scope and liaise with Sales and Product lines.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
