Job summary

Sandvik Indonesia is seeking a Technical Specialist Load and Haul to lead onsite training for Sandvik and client personnel on LH410, LH307, LH621 and TH663 equipment. You will drive reliability improvements and cost reduction through mentoring and hands-on guidance in the underground workshop.

The role requires coaching onsite technicians, performing fault diagnosis, and coordinating with the national team to ensure adherence to Life Saving Rules and EHS objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to coach and mentor onsite technicians.
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.

Responsibilities

• Train Sandvik and client personnel onsite.
• Assess and resolve issues with SMRT equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement and the 5S program.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation to technicians.
• Support project managers with training needs analysis.
• Perform fault finding and maintenance planning.
