Job summary

Sandvik is seeking an Underground Technical Advisor Rock Breakers to provide high-level service support for the customer's underground fleet in Indonesia. The role emphasizes safe, efficient maintenance, coordination with the Parts and Service team, and mentoring the Rock Breaker crew to meet contract KPIs.

The position requires liaising with customers under Sandvik Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines and Indonesian standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in underground mining or heavy equipment environments.
• Proven ability to manage customer service expectations and KPIs.
• Strong planning and organizational skills in field maintenance settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level service support to maintain customer fleet of underground equipment.
• Guide preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs to meet contract KPIs.
• Mentor and develop Rock Breaker team to achieve goals.
• Develop direct customer relationships and share product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Parts and Service to ensure efficient parts supply.
• Maintain compliance with EH&S and site regulations.
