Job summary

PT Archi Indonesia Tbk is seeking an experienced Underground Drilling & Blasting Supervisor to develop and update blasting plans aligned with mine development and LO M. You will forecast material needs, optimize blast designs and monitor operations to meet safety and productivity targets.

The role requires 3+ years in underground mining, proficiency in English and Indonesian, and a POP certification. Experience with Deswik, Surpac, and Ventsim is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience: at least 3 years in underground mining, preferably drilling and blasting.
• English and Indonesian language proficiency required.
• Experience managing student or university organization is a plus.
• Leadership training completed or attended.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update underground drilling and blasting plans based on schedules and LOI plan.
• Forecast material requirements for explosives and blasting accessories.
• Design blast patterns, hole depths and charging plans for fragmentation and to minimize over/under break.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly drilling/blasting reports.
• Monitor activities to ensure designs and safety procedures are followed.
