Job summary

Integrasia Innovation Center (Innocent) is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to analyze user needs, build flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for enterprise applications. You will develop consistent interfaces and design systems, collaborating with developers to ensure faithful implementation.

The role requires at least 3 years of UX design experience, strong user-centered design skills, and familiarity with frontend basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required; Associate’s Degree holders welcome.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD).
• Able to create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Familiarity with responsive design for web and mobile.
• Good communication to elicit user and stakeholder needs.
• Knowledge of usability and accessibility basics.
• Experience designing enterprise applications (ERP/HRIS/Finance/Inventory/operational systems).
• Experience compiling Design Systems and UI Guidelines.
• Understanding of Design Thinking concepts.
• Experience conducting usability testing and user research.
• Familiarity with frontend basics (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React).

Responsibilities

• Conduct user needs analysis with Business Analysts and stakeholders.
• Create user flows and information architecture.
• Create wireframes and prototypes for features to be developed.
• Design consistent and user-friendly application interfaces.
• Compile design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure design implementation matches the plan.
• Review and revise designs based on user and stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare design documentation for development needs.
