Job summary

PT MEDELA POTENTIA Tbk in Indonesia is seeking a UI/UX Designer to translate user needs into intuitive interfaces. You will conduct user research, define flows, wireframes, IA, and craft high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma.

You will scale and maintain Figma Design Systems, component libraries, and style guides, collaborate with product managers and engineers for effective handoff, and run usability tests to iterate designs based on data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic/Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Component Properties, Variables, Interactive Prototyping).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking, clean visual UI execution, and user-centric problem-solving.
