Job summary

Humana is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive interfaces for mobile, tablet, and web. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs from concept to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define user flows and contribute to the product roadmap.

You will conduct user research and usability testing, iterating designs based on feedback and data. A strong portfolio and experience with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience as a UI UX Designer.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and an eye for visual design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered approach, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
• Experience on API and system fundamentals is a plus.
