Job summary

Azura Labs is seeking a Product Designer to create seamless digital experiences balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility through thoughtful design and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include understanding user, business, and stakeholder needs; translating requirements into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes; identifying usability issues and providing design recommendations; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Strong understanding of Information Architecture, User Flows, Design Systems, Responsive Design, and Accessibility (WCAG).
• A portfolio that demonstrates design thinking and problem-solving processes, not just final visuals.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Strong understanding of:

• Experience designing dashboards or operational systems.
• Familiarity with product metrics, user behavior analysis, and business objectives.
