Qualifications

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably fintech/banking.
• Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of mobile and responsive web interfaces and user-centered design.
• Able to communicate design ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Investment experience or fintech exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with multi-asset trading platforms is advantageous.
• A strong portfolio showing mobile and responsive web design.

• Ensure web designs are responsive and provide a consistent experience across various devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design process and product.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 Years of Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the fintech, finance, or banking industry.
• Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and best practices for mobile and responsive web interfaces.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Investment experience, either from personal investing or from work experience in the finance, banking, or fintech sectors.
• Familiarity with multi-asset trading platforms and financial markets is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process, including examples of mobile and responsive web design, will be a major plus.
