PT Appfuxion Consulting Indonesia is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft engaging experiences for a multi-asset trading app across mobile and web. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to deliver intuitive interfaces.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' fintech/UI-UX experience, strong Figma skills, and a solid portfolio with mobile and responsive web design. Investment industry exposure is a plus.

• Proficient in Figma for designing and prototyping.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methods.
• Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design for mobile and responsive web.

Responsabilités

• Design and prototype user interfaces for mobile and web trading apps using Figma.
• Ensure responsive web designs with consistent experience across devices.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user needs into intuitive interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate ideas.
• Develop and maintain a design system ensuring brand consistency.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to improve processes and product.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces for both mobile and web trading applications using Figma.
• Ensure web designs are responsive and provide a consistent experience across various devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and ensure brand consistency across all app features.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design process and product.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 Years of Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the fintech, finance, or banking industry.
• Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and best practices for mobile and responsive web interfaces.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Investment experience, either from personal investing or from work experience in the finance, banking, or fintech sectors.
• Familiarity with multi-asset trading platforms and financial markets is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process, including examples of mobile and responsive web design, will be a major plus.
