Job summary

PT Orthogait Indo Medika is seeking a finance professional to oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, and compliant tax submissions. You will manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and relationships with banks to support company growth.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of four years in finance or accounting, proficiency in accounting software, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Accurate, Excel, etc).

Responsibilities

• Manage company cash flow, including monitoring incoming and outgoing funds
• Prepare monthly financial reports: cash flow statements, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets
• Organize timely payments (vendors, taxes, salaries, etc.)
• Handle budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis
• Maintain good relationships with banks (account opening, loans, working capital credit, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and timely tax reporting
• Accurately record all financial transactions in the accounting system
• Prepare accounting journals, general ledgers, and financial statements
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with audits (internal and external)
• Manage tax administration (VAT, income taxes, monthly and annual tax reporting)

About you
