Formación

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of Treasury Sales experience in banking/financial services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily sales strategies and initiatives aligned with Treasury Head guidance.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Retail and SME to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to expand the bank’s Treasury business.
• Support the implementation of the Bank’s strategic initiatives related to Treasury sales activities.
• Ensure all transactions and client activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and established procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions and client experiences.
