Job summary

PT BANK KB INDONESIA Tbk is seeking a Treasury Sales professional to build relationships with institutional and corporate clients under supervision. The role focuses on revenue from treasury products, notably FX and bond deals, and active client development.

The candidate will execute treasury transactions, expand coverage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated financial solutions. Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced banking environment.
• Minimum Treasury Certificate Level – 5

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local institutional and corporate clients under guidance.
• Generate revenue through treasury products, particularly FX and bond transactions.
• Execute treasury transactions including FX spot and bond deals.
• Expand client coverage through proactive business development and relationship management.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and monitor prospects and deal progress.
• Support cross-selling initiatives to deliver integrated financial solutions.
