Job summary

DBS Bank (Indonesia) is seeking a Treasury Operations Documentation Specialist to blend treasury operations expertise with strong communication and leadership. The role sits within DBSI T&O and partners across functions to ensure accurate documentation for settlements and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Compliance and Business teams; support SIT/UAT, implementation, and post-go-live activities; monitor timelines and deliverables; and prepare

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, IT, or related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Financial Markets and Operations.
Good understanding of treasury products (FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, Liquidity Management).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage Treasury and Operations Documentation process.
Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Business teams.
Support SIT/UAT, implementation, and post-go-live activities for documentation area
Monitor issues, timelines, and deliverables.
Good understanding and support regulatory requirement and compliance-related.
Prepare and deliver clear, concise management presentations for any projects related to settlement.
