Job summary

PT Bank DBS Indonesia is hiring a Treasury Operations Documentation Specialist at Jakarta Head Office. The role blends treasury operations expertise with leadership and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate documentation across processes.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in Treasury Operations and a solid understanding of treasury products, with strong verbal and written communication. This is a fixed-term, full-time position based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, IT, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Financial Markets and Operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of treasury products (FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, Liquidity Management).

• Manage Treasury and Operations Documentation process.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Business teams.
• Support SIT/UAT, implementation, and post-go-live activities for documentation area
• Monitor issues, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise management presentations for any projects related to settlement.
