Job summary

OCBC Indonesia is seeking an experienced Treasury Operations professional to ensure accurate settlement, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance across the end-to-end trade lifecycle. You will collaborate with front-office and back-office teams to deliver precise daily and period-end reporting in a high-standard banking environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics and a minimum of 3 years in treasury operations or settlements, with strong knowledge of FX,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Trade Support or Settlements in the financial services sector.
• Must have banking industry experience.
• Solid understanding of Treasury products: FX, Money Markets (Deposits, CDs, Commercial paper), Bonds/Repo and basic derivatives.
• Proficiency in treasury management systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute and confirm treasury trades including FX, MM, Bonds/Repo, and Derivatives.
• Perform daily reconciliation of positions, cash balances, and trade confirmations.
• Manage settlement processes and promptly resolve broken trades or discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to operational risk controls, compliance policies, and SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with front-office traders and back-office teams to ensure smooth end-to-end trade lifecycle management.
• Prepare daily reporting and assist in month-end and year-end closings.
