Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a Treasury Operations Documentation Specialist to support and lead documentation processes within Treasury Operations at the Jakarta Head Office.

The role requires coordinating across Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Compliance and Business teams to ensure timely, compliant documentation and project delivery. The candidate will support SIT/UAT, regulatory alignment, and post-go-live activities, while maintaining strong communication and regulatory awareness to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, IT or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Financial Markets and Operations.
• Good understanding of treasury products (FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, Liquidity Management).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred experience in Treasury transformation or regulatory change initiatives.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., underlying documents related to FX and Derivatives).

Responsibilities

• Manage Treasury and Operations Documentation process.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Business teams.
• Support SIT/UAT, implementation, and post-go-live activities for documentation area.
• Monitor issues, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise management presentations for projects related to settlement.
