Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd Bali Branch is seeking a leader to head the Treasures segment within the Consumer Banking Group. You will lead a team of business development professionals to drive growth, identify new clients, and deepen relationships with existing clients to expand our Treasures offering.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to deliver an exceptional client experience, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve business objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to drive growth and expansion of the Treasures segment within the Consumer Banking Group
• Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new Treasures clients, as well as deepen relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize the Treasures offering
• Mentor and develop the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
