Qualifications

• Experience in banking/finance is an advantage
• Strong understanding of Bancassurance, Investment and Treasury products
• Relevant wealth management certifications preferred
• Highly driven, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and organized
• Strong communication, interpersonal and selling skills
• Good knowledge of KYC and AML principles
• Good written and verbal English
• Proficient with computers and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Develop action plan to achieve revenue and new customer targets
• Acquire new customers and grow existing portfolio; coordinate with TFO
• Provide excellent service through regular meetings to assess banking needs
• Ensure proper product explanations and cross-selling opportunities
• Handle customer complaints timely and effectively
• Stay updated on competitors’ offerings
• Uphold KYC/AML compliance and integrity
• Support Team Leader and CBG Business Manager to reach targets
