Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is expanding its Consumer Banking team in Indonesia, seeking an energetic wealth management professional to acquire new clientes and nurture existing relationships. You will conduct regular client meetings to assess banking needs, cross-sell products, and ensure compliant advisory practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking and finance is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Bancassurance, Investment and Treasury products.
• Certification in wealth management products is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and selling skills.
• Solid understanding of KYC/AML requirements.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans to hit revenue and new customer acquisition targets.
• Acquire new and expand the existing customer portfolio in collaboration with TFO.
• Provide excellent service by maintaining relationships and reviewing client investment portfolios.
• Explain product features clearly and ensure suitability to avoid mis-selling.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor competitive offerings and market trends regularly.
• Maintain KYC/AML compliance and integrity in all activities.
• Support Team Leader and Business Manager to achieve team and branch targets.
