Job summary

PT Wisata Dewa Tour & Travel is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations across our travel network, drive sales growth, and build strong partnerships with suppliers and corporate clients.

You will manage branch teams, develop strategies to hit revenue and profit targets, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires strategic thinking and strong leadership across multiple locations, including Denpasar, Surabaya, or Puri, Jakarta Barat.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of D3/S1 in Tourism, Management, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in tour & travel, travel agency, ticketing, OTA, or hospitality industry, with minimum 2 years in supervisor/manager position.
• Strong leadership, sales, business development, negotiation, and partnership capabilities.
• Understanding of tour & travel products including airline tickets, domestic and international tour packages, hotels, corporate travel, and MICE.
• Ability to build networks with corporate clients, hotels, airlines, DMC, suppliers, and travel agents.
• Ability to manage branch operations, lead teams, develop sales strategy, and achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
• Understanding of KPI, budgeting, margins, operational costs, and business performance analysis
• Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Understanding of local market according to placement and ability to develop new business opportunities
• English language proficiency and experience using reservation systems or GDS is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations in accordance with company SOP
• Develop business strategy to achieve revenue, gross profit, and branch profitability targets
• Develop new customers, corporate accounts, and strategic partnership networks
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to increase product competitiveness
• Lead, coach, and evaluate team performance
• Monitor sales, margins, operational costs, and quality of customer service
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business growth opportunities
• Prepare performance reports and branch development plans regularly
• Willing to be assigned to retail branches in Denpasar, Surabaya, or Puri, Jakarta Barat
