Job summary

GreenSM Indonesia is seeking a Safety & Security Manager to oversee risk, safety, and security across operations in Indonesia. You will lead incident investigations, crisis management, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role involves site risk assessments, driver and vehicle safety oversight, and collaboration with Operations, Legal, and authorities. A strong background in transport or mobility services and fluency in English are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Risk Management, HSE, Operational safety, Compliance, Crisis Management, Land Transport Operations, auditor, or related field.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, ride-hailing, mobility services, or service-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, safety/security, and crisis management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Security Management: Ensure the safety and security of employees, drivers, customers, visitors, and Company assets.
• Incident & Emergency Response: Act as the first responder for major road and site accidents/incidents, conduct investigations, and support crisis management and coordination with authorities and relevant stakeholders.
• Vehicle & Route Inspection: Conduct vehicle and route inspections to identify risks and actions.
• Driver Control & Assessment: Conduct driver inspections, background checks, compliance verification, and driver skill assessments.
• Site Risk & Security Assessment: Conduct site surveys and safety/security assessments covering physical security, access control, emergency preparedness, fire safety, and other operational risks.
• Case & Stakeholder Management: Investigate and resolve cases involving drivers, customers, communities, or external parties, coordinating with Operations, Legal, Security, and authorities.

• Case & Stakeholder Management: Investigate and resolve cases involving drivers, customers, communities, or external parties, including reported misconduct or incidents circulated through social media, and coordinate with Operations, Legal, Security, and authorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Business Administration are preferred. SMA/K with relevant experience are also welcome to applied
