Job summary

PT Xanhsm Green And Smart Mobility Indonesia is seeking a Transport Quality Control, Safety & Security Specialist to oversee safety, security, and fire prevention across operations. You will act as first responder to road and site incidents, conduct investigations, and support crisis management with authorities and stakeholders.

You will inspect vehicles and routes, perform driver assessments, and carry out site risk and security surveys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or Business Administration; SMA/K with relevant experience are welcome to applied
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Risk Management, HSE, Operational safety, Compliance, Crisis Management, Land Transport Operations, auditor, or related field
• Experience in transportation, logistics, ride-hailing, mobility services, or service-based industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, safety/security, and crisis management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken will be a plus

Responsibilities

• Safety & Security Management: Ensure the safety and security of employees, drivers, customers, visitors, and Company assets, including safety, security, and fire prevention across operational areas.
• Incident & Emergency Response: Act as the first responder for major road and site accidents/incidents, conduct investigations, and support crisis management and coordination with authorities and relevant stakeholders.
• Vehicle & Route Inspection: Conduct vehicle and route inspections to identify traffic, road, vehicle, and operational risks, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Driver Control & Assessment: Conduct driver inspections, background checks, compliance verification, and driver skill assessments to identify potential safety, security, and behavioral risks.
• Site Risk & Security Assessment: Conduct site surveys and safety/security assessments covering physical security, access control, emergency preparedness, fire safety, and other operational risks.
• Case & Stakeholder Management: Investigate and resolve cases involving drivers, customers, communities, or external parties, including reported misconduct or incidents circulated through social media, and coordinate with Operations, Legal, Security, and authorities.
