Job summary

PT. Sumber Daya Energi is seeking a translator to provide high-accuracy oral and written Mandarin-Indonesian translation on a mining site in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan.

You will facilitate communication between Indonesian workers and Mandarin-speaking colleagues, accompany foreign personnel during operations, and translate technical documents as needed. The role requires confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to work on site under roster system, coordinating with multiple departments

Qualifications

• Experience translating Mandarin Chinese to Indonesian and vice versa with accuracy.
• Ability to accompany workers in field operations and meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and documents.
• Work on mining sites following roster system.

Responsibilities

• Translate oral and written content between Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian with accuracy.
• Facilitate communication between Indonesian workers and Mandarin-speaking foreign workers in mining operations.
• Accompany foreign workers in field activities, meetings, and technical discussions with relevant departments.
• Translate company documents, operation reports, work instructions, safety procedures, and other technical documents as needed.
• Ensure mining terminology is clearly understood by all parties.
• Coordinate with departments to support smooth communication of operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and internal communications.
• Work on mining site and follow roster system established by the company.

Ensure information, instructions, and mining technical terminology are clearly understood by all relevant parties

Coordinate with various departments to support smooth communication and effectiveness of company operational activities

Maintain confidentiality of information, documents, and internal company communications

Work in a mining site environment and follow the roster work system established by the company
