Job summary

PT GEMILANG TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA seeks a Mandarin-Indonesian translator to support daily operations. You will translate conversations during meetings, visits, calls, and other communications to ensure smooth information flow and minimize miscommunication.

Responsibilities include translating chats and documents, assisting with conveying product information to customers, and accompanying the supervisor in meetings or negotiations. Strong language skills and context understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian.
• Ability to understand business conversation context.
• Capable of delivering clear, accurate translations.

Responsibilities

• Translate conversations directly during meetings, customer visits, phone calls, and other work communications
• Translate chats, documents, product information, and business communication needs from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
• Assist supervisor in conveying information about commercial vehicle products and spare parts to customers
• Accompany supervisor during meetings or negotiations with customers
• Coordinate and follow up customer communications according to supervisor's direction
• Understand business conversation context and deliver translations clearly, accurately, and comprehensibly
• Assist with simple administrative work related to supervisor's activities and needs

Job description

Accompany supervisor as a Mandarin-Indonesian translator in daily work activities. Facilitate communication between supervisor, customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and prevent miscommunication.

Key responsibilities

Translate conversations directly during meetings, customer visits, phone calls, and other work communications

Translate chat, documents, product information, and business communication needs from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
