Job summary

PT Human Protalent Indonesia seeks a bilingual translator to support daily warehouse operations by translating Mandarin-Indonesian communications and documents. You will bridge communication between Chinese managers and warehouse staff to ensure accurate instructions and smooth workflows.

The role requires fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian, both spoken and written, with a diploma or degree in Chinese literature.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, inventory, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support admin tasks and other translation duties as assigned.

About you

Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Chinese Literature

Fresh graduate welcome to apply

Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and Indonesian, both verbally and in writing

Minimum HSK 4 certification or equivalent Mandarin proficiency is preferred

Previous experience as a translator or interpreter in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environment is preferred

Understand basic warehouse and logistics terminology, such as inventory, receiving, stocktaking, and delivery

Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
