PT. TIANG KARUNIA NUSANTARA is seeking a dedicated Translator Mandarin to support cross-cultural communication on international projects in Bogor.

The role involves translating between Mandarin and Indonesian and providing interpreter services in meetings and field inspections. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian, proficient with MS Office, and capable of coordinating with multiple teams to ensure accurate and timely translations.

Formación

• Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian
• Experience in interpretation and translation preferred
• Strong written and spoken communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide oral translation (interpreter) in meetings, field inspections, or direct communication between Mandarin-speaking workers and local teams
• Translate project documents, reports, and technical material from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
• Prepare documents and reports using MS Office to support translation-related administration
• Coordinate with multiple divisions to ensure smooth communication in project environments
• Demonstrate integrity and accuracy in bridging communication on site

Key responsibilities

• Provide oral translation (interpreter) in meetings, field inspections, or direct communication between Mandarin-speaking foreign workers (TKA) and local teams
• Translate project documents, reports, correspondence, technical materials, or work instructions from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
• Provide administrative and operational support by operating computers and using Microsoft Office programs to assist in document preparation, project reports, or translation-related administration
• Work effectively both independently and within teams, coordinating with various divisions to ensure smooth communication in the project environment
• Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and hard work in bridging communication to minimize misunderstandings in the field
