Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia seeks an experienced professional to manage the day-to-day Transfer Agency operations for mutual funds, ensuring accurate investor transaction processing, regulatory compliance, timely reporting, and effective team management.

The role collaborates closely with Fund Managers, Selling Agents, and regulators to maintain high service quality while driving efficiency and controls across Financing and Securities Services.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, especially funds, custody, or securities services.
• Strong understanding of operations controls and governance.
• Ability to lead and develop a team for operational excellence.
• Proven ability to manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Transfer Agency operations, including subscriptions and redemptions.
• Ensure accurate processing of transactions, settlements, and reporting.
• Monitor instructions from Fund Managers and Selling Agents for regulatory compliance.
• Review and authorise payment instructions and related documents.
• Prepare and submit operational, management, and regulatory reports.
• Handle client and investor enquiries related to transactions and reporting.
• Ensure AML compliance and regulatory obligations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to improve service quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
