Job summary

PT Intrias Mandiri Sejati is seeking a Field Trainer to energize retail teams across gadgets. You will deliver product knowledge trainings, evaluate sessions, and conduct market research to boost sell-out. You will create plans, develop training materials, and monitor in-store performance with regional coordination.

Travel mobility is required to support nationwide coverage. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in gadget training, strong presentation skills, English speaking, and a good sales sense

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a trainer in the gadget industry (smartphone/PC/tablet/Wearables/Audio), must experience in field trainer retail
• High mobility (willing to travel)
• Able to create own presentation materials
• Fluent in public speaking
• High sales acumen is an advantage
• Speaking active English
