Job summary

PT Intrias Mandiri Sejati in Batam, Indonesia is seeking an experienced Training Specialist. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree and has at least three years of internal trainer experience in gadgets, with strong skills in training design, localization, and gamification.

You will design training materials, conduct evaluations, and manage training tracking, reporting, and analysis to improve learning outcomes across teams and departments in our outsourced manpower services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3-year training experience in gadget company.
• Proficiency in basic office tools: Feishu, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Patient, passionate about training and creative.
• Experience in training design, localization and gamification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design training materials with localization and gamification capability.
• Conduct training evaluations including tests, role plays and assessments.
• Manage training tracking, reporting and result analysis.
