Job summary

PT Intrias Mandiri Sejati is seeking a proactive training specialist to educate retail teams on gadget products and capabilities. The role involves field training, evaluation, market research, and enabling field staff to boost sell-out performance.

Ideal candidates travel frequently, create their own presentation materials, and possess strong public speaking and English skills with a keen sales acumen. This position focuses on frontline training across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a trainer in gadget industry (smartphone/PC/tablet/Wearables/Audio) with field trainer retail experience
• Ability to travel and high mobility
• Able to create own presentation materials
• Fluent in public speaking
• Strong sales sense is a plus
• Active English speaking
