Job summary

PT Jeko Elektrindo Jaya seeks a dynamic sales professional to develop new customers in the electrical sector, specializing in transformer/trafo products. You will build relationships with contractors, distributors, and vendors, while tailoring offers to customer needs and technical specs.

You will present products, provide pricing and advantages, issue quotations, negotiate, and drive the sales cycle from quote to delivery. Travel for customer visits is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in Sales Electrical/Trafo/Panel/Electrical is a plus.
• Understanding of basic electrical products and transformer/trafo systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented with ability to build customer relationships.
• Able to work independently and in a team, willing to travel.
• Driving license (SIM A/C) and ability to drive is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in electrical sales may be considered.
• Incentive/commission-based on target achievement.

Responsibilities

• Search for and develop new customers in the electrical sector for transformer/trafo products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, distributors, vendors, and related parties.
• Offer trafo products according to customer needs and technical specifications.
• Conduct product presentations and explain specifications, pricing, and advantages.
• Prepare and send price quotations and conduct negotiations.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and sales processes until delivery.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Conduct customer visits and field surveys to assess needs when required.
• Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, warehouse, and related departments to meet needs.
• Monitor market developments, competitors, and business opportunities in electrical field.
