The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse supervision within a manufacturing setting, strong leadership, and proficiency with SAP.

About the role

PT Trafoindo Power Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor – Power Trafo to join our operations team based in Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and organisation of our warehouse facilities. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage material inventory control, supervise warehouse staff, and ensure that all power transformer products are stored, handled and distributed safely and accurately. This role is essential to maintaining our operational excellence and supporting the delivery of our products to customers on time and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflows and optimal use of warehouse space for power transformer storage and distribution

Supervise, train and motivate warehouse staff, including stockers, pickers and loaders, whilst maintaining high performance standards and safety protocols

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy and minimise discrepancies

Ensure proper receiving, storage, handling and dispatch of power transformer equipment according to company procedures and industry standards

Implement and enforce health, safety and environmental policies to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents or damage to products

Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and product delivery to customers

Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities in good working condition, reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed

Manage warehouse documentation, including inventory reports, stock movement records and staff performance reports

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-saving measures to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity

Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements relevant to warehousing and distribution operations

Qualification

Experiance >5 years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, manufacturing environment, preferably with experience at manufacture trafo power

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop warehouse staff

Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in data entry and warehouse management software (SAP), with strong attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation

Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Physical capability to perform warehouse duties and work in a warehouse environment

Knowledge of power transformer products or related electrical equipment

Certification in warehouse management or forklift operation is an advantage

Fluency in English
