Job summary

PT Jeko Elektrindo Jaya, based in Kosambi, Banten, seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to bridge technical capabilities with customer needs on a full-time basis. You will drive revenue growth by delivering tailored electrical solutions and building strong client relationships.

The role requires strong sales and technical skills, with travel to meet clients and participate in industry events as needed. Fluent Indonesian and English are preferred to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales engineering, account management, or technical sales roles within electrical/industrial sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical products, systems, and applications; able to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities; maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct technical assessments of customer requirements and translate them into solution recommendations.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to customers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer specs and project needs.
