Job summary

Bank Shinhan Indonesia is seeking a Trade Sales professional to identify, originate, and maintain relationships with corporate and SME clients for trade finance services. You will engage with Relationship Managers to provide consultative advice, cross-sell trade products, and acquire new corporate clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management or related field and a minimum of two years in trade sales, with strong communication and teamwork skills, based at Head

Job description

• Identify, originate, develop and maintain relationships with corporate/SME clients for trade finance service.
• Engage jointly with RMs in providing consultative advice and solutions to meet customers needs on Trade Finance.
• Acquire and establish new relationship with potential corporate clients on Trade Services.
• Follow up and resolve client inquires / problems through interaction with clients, bankers, product partners, branch operations and other staff in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep abreast with Banks latest trade initiatives/services to ensure customers know about latest products offers.
• Provide value added and cross-selling to existing and new clients.
• Engage in clients meeting and provide feedbacks on Bank trade products and services.

• Bachelors degree, majoring in Economics, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Experience in Trade Sales and related service solutions.
• Good team player with strong ability to work within a complex, rapidly changing environment.
• Liaise with managers and project leads to ensure effective delivery of service and information.
• Awareness of market and industry trends.
