Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a Product Sales professional in Jakarta to drive revenue through transaction banking solutions for financial institutions and large corporates. You will lead engagements, tailor complex solutions, and coordinate with product, risk and legal teams to secure new mandates and deepen relationships.

The role requires extensive experience in transaction banking, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a BA in Finance or related field.

Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and market share by originating and executing transaction banking solutions, including cash management, trade finance, and securities services, for Financial Institutions and Non-Bank Financial Institutions.
• Design and deliver tailored, complex solutions that address the specific operational and transactional needs of institutional clients, asset managers, and broker-dealers.
• Lead client engagement, RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, and high-impact presentations to secure new mandates and deepen existing client relationships.
• Partner closely with Product, Operations, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure successful solution delivery, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and regulatory developments to identify emerging business opportunities and drive product innovation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in transaction banking sales, solutioning, or relationship management, with a specialized focus on financial institutions and securities services.
• In-depth knowledge of clearing, custody, fund administration, cash management, and trade finance products.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value institutional deals.
• Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving capabilities to address complex client requirements.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed, multi-market organizational structure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
