DBS Bank Indonesia, Jakarta Head Office, is seeking a capable Trade Finance Operations Team Leader to supervise a team of trade operations specialists, ensuring accurate, timely processing of trade finance transactions. You will oversee the daily workflow, provide guidance on complex trades, ensure compliance with international trade standards, and act as the escalation point.

The role includes driving automation, managing risks, and collaborating across business units in a full-time, on-site

Qualifikationen

• Proven supervisory experience within trade finance operations.
• Experience with Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Collections, and Trade Loans.
• Expertise in international trade regulations and guidelines (latest versions of UCP, ISBP, URDG, and ISP).
• Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight operational deadlines.

• Oversee the daily workflow, monitor team performance, and provide technical guidance on complex trade transactions.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization, drive automation initiatives, and support system enhancement projects.
• Mitigate operational risks by implementing robust control measures and conducting regular reviews.
