DBS Bank is seeking an experienced Trade Finance Operations specialist in Shanghai. You will manage OA Finance, Drafts, and Import/Export Trade Finance for DBS clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy across documents and processes.

The role requires 5+ years in trade finance, strong knowledge of international trade practices, and proficiency in data analysis tools. You will participate in optimization projects, audits, and client inquiries, with a focus on timely, compliant processing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree holders or above.
• CDCS certificate / CSDG certificate.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Trade Finance operations including OA Finance, Draft and Import/Export Trade Finance.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all trade finance transactions for DBS clients including OA Finance and Draft transactions.
• Support project management of trade service product processing optimization, especially AI projects UR analysis, design, testing & launch.
• Backup handle import & export L/Cs, DA/DP, bank guarantee and relevant finances for DBS clients.
• Check supporting docs according to bank's guidance/trade finance procedure and ensure applications compliance with internal control requirement as well as compliance requirement.
• Checking trade finance documents according to UCP/URDG/ISBP/URR and other international trade finance practice.
• Booking trade finance and relevant funds disbursement in banking system and make data information verification.
• Conduct post checking/monitoring of trade related supporting documents as per internal guidelines.
• Handle DBS client inquiry on trade finance related transactions.
• Make sure deviations/irregulars are raised to Team head and obtain proper DOA approval on exceptions.
• Conduct regulatory, MIS and other internal/external reporting for trade finance business.
• Assist team head to improve/maintain internal and external audit score and ensure no significant findings.
• Participate in bank's training if necessary.
