Job summary

DBS Bank (Indonesia) in Jakarta Head Office seeks a seasoned Trade Finance Operations Supervisor to lead a team of specialists and ensure accurate, timely processing of trade transactions.

You will oversee daily workflows, drive process improvements, ensure compliance with UCP, ISBP, URDG, and ISP, and serve as the escalation point for complex issues while managing risk. Strong stakeholder management and LC/Guarantees experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in trade finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products (LCs, Guarantees, Collections, Trade Loans).
• Familiarity with international trade regulations (UCP, ISBP, URDG, ISP).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of trade operations specialists to ensure accurate, timely processing of trade finance transactions.
• Oversee daily workflow, monitor performance, and provide guidance on complex trades.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and international trade standards.
• Act as escalation point for resolving issues, discrepancies, and client queries.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation initiatives.
